Common questions
Where is my diary stored?
On your device. If you turn on iCloud sync
(Settings › iCloud › Sync with iCloud), it's also kept in your own private iCloud so it appears on your other devices. Nobody else can read it, not even us.
How do I share the diary with my partner?
Settings › Family.
Both of you need to be signed in to iCloud. Changes appear on both phones.
How do I move to a new iPhone?
With iCloud sync on, just sign in and open Nido.
Without it, tap Settings › Backups › Back up everything, save the file, and open it on the new iPhone.
The timer isn't on my Lock Screen.
Check Settings › Nido › Live Activities on your iPhone.
Does Nido replace my pediatrician?
No. Nido shares general information, not medical advice.
If something worries you, trust your instincts and call your pediatrician.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app. If you used iCloud sync, also remove Nido's data in
Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Storage.
